These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of B-Side Daily (the "Service"), operated by Alimio LTD ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
B-Side Daily is a daily trivia website covering 1980s and 1990s pop culture. Questions are curated by the founder and may occasionally be ambiguous, mistaken, or open to interpretation. We do our best, and we accept reader corrections.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Your account
Sign-in is by magic link sent to your email — there are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We will never ask for your password (we don't have one).
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to play the puzzle on your behalf
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service without written permission
Content and intellectual property
The B-Side Daily name, branding, design, and editorial content are owned by Alimio LTD. All rights reserved.
Imagery used in visual questions is sourced from public-domain or appropriately-licensed material, with attribution shown where required by license terms. If you believe an image has been used in error, please contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email andreialexandru@alimio.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, for legal reasons, or at our reasonable discretion. We will provide notice where practical.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The questions are factually correct
- The Service will meet your expectations
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alimio LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
